Post 16 100% Pass their Level 2 Award in Customer Service

A co-hort of six students signed up to complete a Level 2 Award in Customer Service, coming in Mondays during their own time to work through the syllabus and complete the online modules.  Today, the last of the final exams were taken and we are pleased to announce that all six students have passed this qualification, and for some of our students this is their very first Level 2 Pass! Congratulations to all! Our next additional and independent qualification opportunity will be coming up in the spring term for students to sign up to.
